Adem, who lives with his family in a beautiful Aegean town in Türkiye in the early 70s, is a smart and successful fifth grade student. [3] Adem, who has just finished fifth grade, does not want to waste his summer vacation and tells his family that he wants to work for Soda seller Cibar Kemal Usta. Adem, who gets permission from his family with difficulty, starts working for Cibar Kemal as a soda seller apprentice. Ramadan is also approaching.
It is the first days of Ramadan. Adem is affected by what the cleric preaching about fasting in the mosque says and decides to fast. However, since he is young, his family does not allow it, so he starts fasting secretly from his family. Fasting in the Aegean summer heat while selling soda has exhausted Adem a lot. He starts to see mirages due to thirst and hunger. These problems that Adem experiences drag him into an adventure.
